It has been one month since last time I sprained my back. This week, I sprained it again during playing Ping Pong. I tried to do some exercises during last months and it made me feel good. I also wanted to swim but I was too lazy to go some place apart from the home.
It might be a signal warning me to live and work in a healthier way. I should not fail it this time.
